About Probe China

Probe China is a small operation built to bridge a specific information asymmetry: the speed at which Chinese ecommerce platforms surface new product trends, and the ability of English-speaking sellers to act on them without burning cash on bad SKUs.

What we publish

• Free: product analyses, an Avoid list, and short Strong Buy / Test write-ups.
• Paid: a weekly report bundling ten Strong Buy / Test candidates, five Avoid products, ad-angle examples, and supplier risk warnings — designed to pay for itself with a single saved bad order.

How often

We publish individual analyses several times a week and one paid weekly report. Subscribe to the RSS feed or check the articles index.

Editorial principles

• Every claim is hedged. We use "estimate", "may", and "based on available signals" deliberately.
• Every product gets a Verdict. Reviews without a decision are useless.
• We highlight risk before upside.
• We never copy buyer reviews verbatim — only short summaries.
