1. Editorial nature

All content — including verdicts, scores, articles, and reports — is editorial commentary based on signals available at the time of analysis. It is not financial, legal, or sourcing advice. You alone are responsible for sourcing, selling, and compliance decisions.

2. Paid reports

• Paid weekly reports are sold via Gumroad. The transaction is between you and Gumroad; we do not store payment data.
• Reports are delivered as PDFs and/or Markdown. They are licensed for personal use within your business; do not redistribute.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representation that any product covered will be profitable, legal in your jurisdiction, or free of returns.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probe China and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (or zero if you have not paid us).

5. Trademarks

Brand names mentioned in articles are property of their respective owners. We use them descriptively. We flag products that may overlap with branded IP.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
