7-day, no-questions-asked refund

Every paid weekly report and product list sold by Probe China comes with a 7-day refund window. If a report doesn't help you make a sourcing decision, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount — no questions, no forms, no follow-up.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with the Gumroad order ID or the email you used at checkout.
2. We process the refund through Gumroad within two business days.
3. You may continue to use the report content; we don't claw it back.

What's not refundable

• Refund requests received after 7 days of purchase.
• Bulk-licensing or custom-research engagements (covered by their own contracts).

Why this policy

We'd rather lose a sale than have a frustrated reader. If the analysis isn't useful, the right thing is to give your money back and use the feedback to improve.
